Shipping costs

Delivery Times

• We usually deliver within 3-5 days.
• For production items such as stainless steel furniture, the delivery time is approximately 12-15 days. 72h furniture is excluded; this can be delivered within approximately 3 days.
• Individual order items currently have delivery times of approx. 3-6 weeks.

Payments

• We prefer bank transfer or PayPal payment.
• You are also welcome to use the other payment methods specified.
• Installment payments are currently only possible through the named payment providers such as KLARNA and many more.
• Cash payments are only permitted in exceptional cases.

Discounts

• Articles with special discounts can be found under the category promotional articles.
• We will grant you an individual extra discount for bulk orders.
• As a regular customer, you will receive special discounts accordingly.

Operating instructions / technical data

• We try to give you as much technical information as possible.
• We can send you operating instructions, exploration drawings and other technical details in PDF / JPG format via email. Write to us at: office@elb-gastro.de.
• A download area with the respective data sheets is currently not available.
• You can find more information in the media library in the catalog of the respective manufacturer.
